Our Landscape Enhancement Process:

Initial Phase: Our process begins when a call comes in from a customer and we set up an initial meeting to discuss their landscape vision and/or issues. We’ll also produce an initial proposal, complete with a list and photos of plants and materials that will be used in the design. When no design work is required, we’ll draw up a proposal for client review. When design work is requested, our designer will draft a full-color CAD design for customer review, including costs.
Work Phase: Once a proposal is accepted, we take a deposit to schedule and hold the enhancement start date. At this point, we’ll order materials and mark your landscape with markers for dig-safe zones. After a site walkthrough with the division manager and field supervisor, we’ll complete the project. We’ll take our customers through a final walkthrough, at which point the final payment will be due.
Continuing Care Phase: Once the initial job is finished, our care will continue! We’ll monitor your soil’s moisture levels to ensure a proper watering schedule and keep in touch with any client questions or concerns. At the season end, we’ll wrap all shrubs with burlap or spray them with anti-desiccant spray to protect them from the winter winds and ice
